From the funky flare of 39th Street, the juxtaposition of KU Medical’s new and modern campus along State Line Road, to the historic charm of Bell Street, this community is a tapestry of influences on full display. Weaving three neighborhoods into one, residents of these communities can’t help but take pride in where they live. The name, Citizen, was inspired by just that.

To represent the different neighborhoods weaving together as one, our brand includes a mix of patterning and linework with bright pops of unique colors. The overall effect is cosmopolitan–a reflection of the many walks of life converging in one place. An interconnected, woven-together feel makes residents feel right at home from the start. Around here, all are welcome and everyone is represented.
